Creating healing mandalas is a way of getting in touch with our own subconscious mind, energy system and soul. It is an excellent tool for creating clarity and harmony in the mind and developing intuition. The guided process helps us understand our patterns of thinking, release suppressed emotions and consciously create new reality.

Healing Pain: Physical and EmotionalEvery Monday 6:30 to 8:30 pm

Has pain become your silent companion that follows you everywhere? Does it interfere with your life?
This is a weekly ongoing facilitated therapy group for people living with pain, physical or emotional.We meet in a safe and supportive atmosphere, share our experiences, and learn to lead productive and full lives despite our condition.
The group is facilitated by Dr. Dana Eisner and Irina Petrova.

Weekly Qi Gong ClassesEvery Friday 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm

Heal Yourself with QiGong.

Gentle Practice to Increase Energy, Restore Health, and Relax Mind.

The class is taught by Margit Herburger, Master Medical QiGong.

Healing Trauma: Making Right What Was WrongEvery Tuesday 9:00 to 11:00 am

“Healing Trauma: Making Right What Was Wrong” it is a women-only group that deals with post traumatic stress as a consequence of sexual abuse, domestic violence, serious accident, criminal injury or other traumatic experiences. Lead by a seasoned psychotherapist Gui Mansilla and Dr. Dana Eisner who have been working together for several years helping women in this areas. Group approach has proven to be extremely powerful in providing a safe setting for women to move to a new level of healing. The group will help the participants in developing self-supportive techniques, critical thinking, broader perspective and healthier boundaries.
