Hypnotherapy is a safe way of bypassing our conscious and talk directly to the subconscious mind. In a state of relaxation, our mind will accept suggestions easily, that's where change happens!
The hypnotic state is completely safe, as the client is at all times fully aware of what is going on around him and what is being said and done during the session. This form of therapy is not something that is done to the client, but a cooperation between Therapist and Client to find what works for the client at that particular time in his life.
